BY CAR
If you come via M4-M6 from Dublin or via M6 from Galway leave the motorway at Exit 14 (signposted Ballinasloe/Shannonbridge).
Then, at the roundabouts follow the signs for Shannonbridge ( R 357).
Enter the R 357, drive straight ahead and then, in about 8 – 10 minutes, on a bend to the left you’ll see this signpost “Life-giving Spring & St. Ciaran- ORTHODOX MONASTERY”. The entrance to the monastery is on your right.
Travelling time: around 2 hours.
DO NOT rely on your GPS, it’ll take you to the back entrance, which we do not recommend. Thank you.
